When do I need an interim manager instead of a classic consultant?
A classic consultant usually analyses the situation from the outside and makes recommendations, but implementation remains with you. As an interim manager, I enter your organisation directly, make operational decisions myself and am accountable, within the mandate, for implementing the defined milestones.
How quickly are you ready to start and able to act?
Depending on urgency and the current mandate situation, a start on site is usually possible within a few days. After a short, intensive assessment phase, full operational capability is in place from the first week.
Which functions and areas do you mainly cover?
The focus is on medium-sized industrial companies in chemicals, plastics, metal and plant engineering. Roles filled include operational management, plant management, production management, head of quality management and the structuring of development and laboratory areas.
How does a mandate end and what remains in the company?
A mandate ends as planned as soon as the internal structures are stabilised and the goals achieved. Before leaving, there is a structured handover to management or to a qualified internal successor, so that the organisation functions autonomously in the long term.
