Roller technology has been a technical core field since the start of my industrial career. I know the production processes, the material properties, the typical defect patterns and the requirements of customers from many years of my own practice, from material formulation through coating and vulcanisation processes to the finishing of the rollers.
My range of services extends from process optimisation of existing production lines and quality assurance in series production to the development of new resin systems and the set-up of entirely new production capacities. International commissioning projects took place in DeQing, DongGuan, Kunshan (CN), Delhi (IN) and Tampere (FI), among others.

Frequently asked questions
Which types of roller do you support technically?
Polyurethane, rubber and composite rollers, from standard industrial rollers to special applications in printing, paper and coating machines. Carbon fibre composites are also part of the experience.
Do you also support international plant procurement in Asia?
Yes. Several plant commissioning projects in China and India were led directly on site, including tool and plant FAT, training of local workers and stabilising the cultural interface with the European client side.
How long does a typical roller production set-up take?
From concept to the first released series batch, 9 to 18 months are typical, depending on complexity and location. A parallel ISO 9001 introduction is common and speeds up customer approvals.
